GoogleHaart provided an exceptional service for our house move. They took beautiful photos of our property, sold it within 24 hours, helped secure the property we were purchasing and facilitated the move throughout with a responsive, professional and friendly service from Charlotte Augustin the Move Manager. Anytime I was wondering why something hadn’t moved for a while, I would pick up the phone and Charlotte would already be on the case (which with house moves is exactly what you want to hear!). GoogleAfter being on the market a while with a direct local competitor, we moved to Haart.... We sold our house on the first weekend (we put this down to their ability to match actual motivated buyers). From an Honest chat with Ryan (getting the price right) to viewings being handled without any fuss and the hero of the team - Charlotte - when things got serious and getting the whole thing done, enter Charlotte! Who deserves a bottle from Daniel in displaying patience and professionalism. We can’t complain about this estate agent! Are they expensive? It’s not cheap to sell a house but to be fair they did everything they said they would and please take their recommendations on conveyancing as this was the best decision we made! You get what you pay for. And with this you only pay when you sell and that is the key - it can be as cheap as chips but that is immaterial if you don’t sell..... So to Haart or not to Haart, that is the question. You would be hard pushed to beat them and from our view definitely Witham’s No1.... Thanks guys....

GoogleDan and Charlotte have been exceptional in helping us buy our first property. On our first visit, Dan showed us a house that we hadn’t seen or considered before; in the end we loved the house so much we bought it straight away. The period between the offer and exchange has also been a pleasant experience. Charlotte has always been in contact and has been very quick in replying to any queries raised by us. All in all, a very positive experience for us as first time buyers.

We had a bit of a nightmare with time frames due to solicitors however Steph couldn’t do enough for us and even managed to organise for us to exchange, complete and move all on the same day! We really can’t thank her enough. If we ever sell/buy again we would 100% want Steph on our team!

She was genuinely interested in what I was looking for, she suggested a studio flat in Witham and we arranged to view it the following Thursday She was punctual and informative about the viewing and helpful with suggestions She also recommended using their solicitors to speed things along 3 other estate agents I contacted haven’t even followed up my similar enquiry Recommended

FacebookAlthough I have not bought or sold through Haart Witham, I have been dealing with Rachael Desouza and can say what a fantastic member of staff she is! Nothing is ever too much hassle, I even had her walking round 6/7 different flats at one point and never put an offer in on any of them, but still went over and above to help me as much as she could! Emailing me out of hours trying to help find my perfect home! The customer service that she provides is second to none and is an absolute credit to Haart! Based solely on Rachael, I wouldnt hesitate in recommending her or Haart Witham!

GoogleSolomon really went above and beyond in assisting with our search. Whilst most agents gave us a simple "we'll let you know if anything comes up", Solomon called me once a week to update us on what he had actively been doing to assist and to find out if circumstances had changed. He physically went looking for somewhere to fit our requirements rather than waiting for it to come to him. We are actually now purchasing through another agent but are extremely grateful for Solomon's efforts and should we ever be searching again in the future we would be sure to give him a call! He was by far the most conscientious and communicative agent we spoke to.

GoogleIf I could rate this lady 6 stars then she would get them from me. I have worked closely with chole for a while and she was always very quick to tell me when she had a new property come to the market that suited my needs. I fell in love with one but it was in the end the wrong location for me in great totham and couldn't make it work for my children. She was very professional through the whole process, always smiling and making me laugh. Understood what I wanted and is a shame I found elsewhere. She didn't mind that I was sometime late due to work and always went above and beyond to work around me. If and when I come to selling one of my properties in the future Haart is where I am heading and even more so to Chloe for the service she provides.
