Having recently lost both my parents, I was faced with the daunting prospect of having to sell the family home. It was a difficult time for me and my brother, but the help, advice and guidance given to us by Fenn Wright was second to none and made everything so much easier for us.We predominantly dealt with Steven Geiss, who spent a lot of time with us answering all kinds of questions and concerns we had about the selling process, and his positivity to us made us feel at ease. The photos and details he put together were fantastic and exceeded all our expectations. The service I have received from Fennwright has been absolutely brilliant. From the start, they have been really supportive and the communication has been fantastic. They made the process so much easier despite all the hurdles that came up with buying and selling. I haven’t had a single issue with any member of staff that has been involved with my sale. Kirsty called me every single week and gave me an update. Sometimes she was the only one who would actually update me with what was going on due to solicitors not being overly great with communication. Towards the end when we were waiting to exchange, she worked really hard trying to push everything through for me and kept in contact every step of the way. She was great. I highly recommend Fennwright if you are thinking of selling your property. They provided a fantastic service and I will definitely be selling with them again in the future.

She was acting as sales progressor in our long chain, listening to both clients & professionals, she was able to glean a clear picture and then made a plan. Beginning in October 2021 finally exchanging contracts in mid July 2022.Kirsty is personable and polite. Never ambiguous, she says it how it is. Most of all she is TRUSTWORTHY. No sales pitch, no fingers crossed promises. YellA tough experience but I'm glad Fenn Wright were helping me through it.
I would highly recommend using Fenn Wright if you are considering buying or selling your home, I have used their services twice in the past ten years. Moving home is rarely easy and Fenn Wright provide a no hassle service, listen to your needs and give good, honest advice. They are there being supportive, especially when things don’t go as planned. A special ‘Thank you’ to David Nesmith for his professional judgement, patience, kindness & encouragement and to Kirsty King who always kept me informed at each stage of the process and for her dogged determination to support me to get my purchase/sale over the line. There were some tough moments but Kirsty was with me all the way. They were both enormously helpful to me throughout the whole process and from start to finish they made me feel as though I was their only customer, you can’t get better service than that!
