Companies are only as good as their people and Kirsty really stood out, giving us scheduled updates and extra calls if certain events happened. She also gave us advice and suggestions that were really helpful. Our experience showed that all the negative comments heard about estate agents are not always true!

Well what can I say about this company except they are very professional and helpful. We have had 3 homes to sell & 1 to buy and we have had this company to do all. Everything ran smoothly for all of them, I can't fault them at all. Whenever you wanted to ask anything they would help wherever possible. 2 particularly people I think went out of there way to help us which is Charley (Felixstowe) & Kyle (Ipswich) & I can't thank them enough. We are now happy in our new home and hopefully 2025 will be quieter.

We have just exchanged contracts on our new home, we are buying and not selling so can only talk about our experience of arranging viewings to see the house and then dealing with Fenn Wright as the purchase progressed. They have been professional, friendly, helpful and accommodating. Special thanks to Jo (she met us at the house on 3 occasions to do viewings, one of these was at very short notice today). She was lovely! We did another viewing with a lady who I think was called Michelle and she was great too. Aimee chased progress, liaised with solicitors and the vendors and with us. She was persistent and helped move things along when the process seemed to have stalled.It seems like a long time ago since our offer was accepted but the person we spoke to then was also very helpful. All round good service which has not always been the case with other agents during our 11 month house hunting “journey”! Thank you

We have received excellent service from Fenn Wright from the valuation through to exchange of contracts. Martina and her team have done everything they could to ensure a smooth passage to completion, and have always been available to chat to us, sorting out any questions or concerns we have had. The service has been polite and efficient at all times. They have worked well with the solicitors and prospective buyers, and kept us up to date throughout the process. I would recommend this Estate Agent as exceptionally good. Thank you very much!

If you want a professional estate agent who are extremely knowledgeable and professional then choose Fenn Wright. The people dealing with our sale: Matt, David & Amy were amazing. Unfortunately our experience started with a rival firm (rhymes with art and is situated next door) was terrible!!! If your sale is complex and requires skill and you don't want to experience the stress and anguish caused by incompetent people then Fenn Wright is your answer.

The house I was purchasing was being sold by Fenn Wright. Despite not actually being client of theirs as I was the purchaser and not the vendor I have received excellent service from them throughout the entire process. There were a number of delays during the purchase but Matt Steane kept me fully up to date at every stage making a point to call once if not twice a day as we got closer to completion. It's refreshing to deal with a company that has a personable approach and genuinely feels like they have a vested interest in you! I don't plan on selling our new purchase any time soon, but if I do I won't hesitate for a minute to use Fenn Wright.
