Fantastic!

We've just sold our house and bought our new house through Fenn Wright in Felixstowe, and they have been absolutely brilliant! Our main contact has been Charley, who has been so on the ball and efficient, knowing exactly what we were looking for and dealing with everything so smoothly! We went on the market end of January, accepted an offer end of March, and moved the end of April! As well as Charley we've been dealing with Ruby, Jazmin and Sienna, and they've all been super helpful and professional. We can't thank you enough!

We first had a really positive experience with Fenn Wright in Witham as a buyer when we moved out of London 4 years ago. When we went on the market it was a easy decision to use Fenn Wright. David, Matt, Amy and Luke were fantastic throughout, we had a very difficult purchase which took nearly a year to complete. Their patience, professionalism, advices and communication were second to none and consistent across the whole process from instruction, securing our buyers and managing their expectations in a very drawn out chain.They mitigated a very stressful situation wherever possible and I just wish all other agencies were as competent and reliable as Fenn Wright Witham. Fenn Wright are brilliant and David has a fantastic team here. Luke is an outstanding estate agent; he's professional, polite, and extremely responsive. He actively sought out a buyer and got the deal done, he's 'active' rather than 'reactive' (which is exactly what you want with an estate agent); he doesn't come across as the salesy type either, he's a good listener and doesn't hurry you off the phone like other agents can do. I am a tenant renting through Fenn Wright and a few maintenance issues have cropped up over the last few months. Jake Richardson in the property management team has been so helpful, always getting in touch super quick - quicker than i'd expect from a really big , busy lettings team and really good at communicating and keeping tenants updated. Friendly and super professional team

We used Fenn Wright for the sale of our flat in West Bergholt recently. From the initial contact and really impressive photographs (the flat looked stunning on Rightmove), through to completion we had regular updates to keep us in the loop throughout the sale. Georgia and Eve from the Witham branch were absolutely unparalleled in their attention to detail, courtesy and hard-work and really should be at the absolute forefront of this business. Customer service in the UK has really taken a plunge in recent years, but it is solely as a result of Georgia and Eve's hard work that I have not given up on it yet!
