GoogleExcellent service, I really cannot recommended them highly enough, as a buyer when they first helped me purchase a property in the Peaks. All the staff have a solid and long standing knowledge of the area, the market, and local services (eg surveyors). They are friendly, attentive to detail and you really feel they have your interest at heart. If I was ever selling (no plans whatsoever, sorry, it’s too nice in the Peaks) I would immediately use their services because I trust they would be proactive to find the right buyer, and the right price. So if you want to buy I’d really recommend you get on Grants mailing list, read their e-magazine, but you had better be quick, the Peaks is a great place to live, and it seems many others also feel the same judging by the market appearing to keep rising.

GoogleMade the sale of the house simple and easy; great communication - clear, prompt and timely; especially when the buyers spotted a problem and I was out of the country. Great team, friendly, understanding and nothing was too much trouble. In an age when there are lots of cheap alternatives it is a refreshing to deal with people who get to know you and your requirements - good old fashioned personal service. Thank you

GoogleThe whole team worked with us and supported us right the way from pre-sale advice to completion…with a lot of work following up in between and ensuring that the sale kept on track, whilst keeping us informed along the way. The marketing was really nice, with plenty of photos (returning when we had made a change) and a proper walk-through video. The description was written in collaboration so that we were happy with how the property was described. They were just great.
