Ella has now sold two of my last five homes and they are the only agent that has never once asked me what price I'd accept prior to or midway through the negotiation. Thus I know they're not compromising my selling price for the sake of a quick sale by suggesting a lower offer price to a potential buyer. GoogleReally can’t fault the experience. Even though I was on the phone and chasing up and down quite a lot, I was never made to feel like I was annoying (which I probably was). From valuation, copy and brochure print through to viewings, sale and exchange, it was all so smooth no matter who we were dealing with at the appropriate moment throughout the process . GoogleWe have recently used Alexander and Co to complete on my new family house. Throughout the process all the team were great, Rachel and Bob showed us some amazing houses and always felt like they listened to our needs when looking for properties. Once our sale was agreed Jill, our Sales Progressor, was fantastic at liaising between all parties. It was a complicated sale (by no means the fault of the Estate agent) but at all times we felt the team were on our side and working for us. We would thoroughly recommend them to all!

GoogleWe have been with them for 3 years now , and recently had some major issues with the property when the ceiling collapsed causing a 4 month period where we were unable to use the Living Room.
