GoogleWe used CW to sell our property September 2023, they were very professional. Tom was always reachable and made time to answer all our questions. They go above and beyond when advertising and their marketing is second to none. I would 100% recommend CW to anyone looking to either sell or buy. Thanks again for everything :)

GoogleNicola has been a fantastic support throughout the the whole process and managed to sell our house within a week. She arranged and conducted all the viewings. Nicola has advised us about solicitor's and surveyor's and has kept us informed at all stages of the process. Throughout the process Nicola has been professional and her knowledge, gained over many years in the business, has been evident. The service she has provided has been very personal and tailored to us. GoogleWe purchased a house with Nicola in March 2021 and she was absolutely fabulous. There were some delays in the buying process but Nicola was always willing to speak to us, calling us back quickly if she was unavailable straight away. She was involved with several houses in the chain and worked tirelessly to make sure information was passed along between us, the vendors and the solicitors so that things weren't delayed too much. We will definitely look at selling/buying again with Nicola in the future.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleI Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Nicola at CW Estate Agents, we had a few other local state agents come round but we really loved Nicolas modern approach to sell our home. We loved that fact she was virtual but also super flexible for viewings and to chat to at anytime! Our house was on the Market within a few days and we had accepted an offer within 10 days. Our online “property file” was another little added bonus to keep in contact and up to-date with everything going on. Nicola was very professional and couldn’t have been more helpful during the whole process making it an enjoyable experience.PositiveProfessionalism

As well as being professional Nicola is extremely friendly, approachable and always easily contactable at the end of the phone. GoogleBrilliant experience. From the very first phone call and visit to the final hand over, we could not have wished for a better person to sell Mum's house. Tom handled a difficult situation with care and sensitivity for which we were very grateful. Nothing was ever too much trouble and our queries were answered quickly and efficiently. The whole process of selling a house is inevitably stressful but you helped enormously by keeping us informed and updated regularly. The way in which the house was marketed was top quality too. Such a warm, friendly and genuine approach that went above and beyond expectations, Thank you CW Estate Agents.

GoogleCW Estate Agents in Winsford have exceeded my expectations they were very warm friendly and helpful. Moving house is a stressful experience, and when I needed some kind of positive on my stressful day of moving this family run business stepped in and helped me beyond what I would expect. On my day of moving they ran keys to my old house I had just sold. My father's car had several items that we had loaded to take with me, unfortunately for me his car chose to break down. And so not only did the estate agent run keys to my old home he then ran me to my new home. And then handed me a large goodie bag with everything you could possibly need, cleaning products, toilet rolls, and teabags coffee and even a bottle of cava and shortbread biscuits. Talk about go the extra mile it's a pity there not all like this. Fully recommend these CW estates if you want to reduce some of your stress while moving home. Well done to all at the Winsford branch And thankyou so much Angela Heath.
