GoogleIt’s a really friendly and helpful agency. They are honest and tell everything they can if they’re available. I had the pleasure of dealing with Martin Kent, who is a patient and genuine person, available at later hours. In the end, it was very kind of him to pick me up by car and getting lovely food as a gift. I’ll recommend CW estate agents as they are easygoing and helpful.

GoogleMassively positive experience purchasing a home from CW - from our viewing with Danny, communication throughout with Jack and support in resolving a down-valuation issue from Tom, everything was done efficiently and with positivity. Would absolutely deal with them again any time. Massive thanks.

GoogleWe have been exposed to many estate agents during our recent house sale and purchase and we can honestly, hand on heart, recommend Nicola to out perform all other agents every time.

GoogleFrom the first time we met Nicola she was friendly and professional. She came prepared with a detailed plan to sell our property and had obviously done extensive research. The process was incredibly quick with our house on the market within five days of the initial meeting and valuation. By the next weekend we had sold our house and had an offer accepted on a new property. The communication was brilliant and the online portal a great help in keeping track of viewings and offers. We were going to go with an online estate agent but with Nicola we got the best of both worlds. A great online presence, a reasonable price and most importantly personal and flexible service. I would highly recommend CW Estate Agents.PositiveResponsiveness
