I recently used CW Estates to sell my property and once again worked with Tom, having dealt with him previously. The service was outstanding from start to finish. Tom is professional yet friendly, always approachable, and clearly knows his stuff. What stood out most was the 24/7 communication and ease of the whole process, nothing was ever too much trouble and I felt supported every step of the way. Selling a home can be stressful on it's own but throw in a newborn baby and extra hormones - Tom made it feel straightforward and well-managed throughout. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend CW Estates and Tom to anyone looking to sell. A genuinely first-class experience.

Thank you to the whole team at CW Estates, the sale of my house went a lot more smoothly than I thought! And we made it before the stamp duty increase! Thanks to Tom for answering stressed whatsapp messages at all times of the day and evening and providing reassurance. The team made themselves available 7 days a week for prospective buyers to view my house, which was a far cry from the high street estate agents from whom I purchased my onward property who had no flexibility which must be a barrier to sales. Their sales strategies are effective, especially the use of social media platforms, and not just the reliance on rightmove. Good quality photography, aerial views, and video tours also show your property to its full potential. Will be recommending CW Estates to anyone looking at selling or buying. Thanks!

I honestly cannot praise this company enough, Lauren is one of the nicest friendliest people you will ever meet, nothing is too much trouble for her, immediately replies to any messages and always kept me up to date with feedback from viewings I never had to chase her up. She went above and beyond to ensure our house was sold for the best price possible, fees very reasonable and best off all not tied into a contract. We attempted a shared ownership purchase where CW were the estate agents dealing with the sale side. Due to circumstances out of our control, the sale couldn't go ahead. However, the dealings we had with CW were top class. Tom kept communicating with us throughout the whole process. Recently, a shared ownership house has come back up and Tom made sure we were contacted to see if it was something we were interested in. The fact he had remembered us and thought of us just shows the care they take for their clients. We are currently going through the motions of a house purchase and top of our cons list was that CW weren't the agents dealing with the house we found. Although I’ve not bought or sold with CW Estate Agents, I highly recommend them. We dealt with Tom a few times when we began our house search, and while we ended up buying through a different agent, he really did go above and beyond to help find the right house for us. Local independent estate agents are so much better than the bigger companies. They know the local market, and their team is small enough that messages never get missed and things are always followed up. The customer service at CW is outstanding. The risk with bigger agents is that chains and progress are not followed up, something that is key if you want an efficient and minimum-stress sale or purchase. Tom also recently helped us out with a valuation, which was done entirely as a favour to us and was quick and efficient. If we are in the position to sell again, we know the value in using an experienced and professional local agent over faceless companies and will not hesitate to use CW. Many thanks!

Lauren sold my shared ownership property. As soon as I met Lauren, I knew I was in safe hands. She is confident, professional and friendly. Lauren arranged photos of the house around my schedule, the photos and videos were amazing! Lauren ensured any viewings were serious buyers and would be approved for shared ownership.
