CW are not like other estate agents. From initial viewing of property I found CW friendly, approachable and informative. Kept me in the loop and helped to move everything along to completion. Thankyou to Sophie. I would 100% recommend 👌 …

Great experience with CW from start to finish. The team were friendly, helpful and made the whole process feel easy and stress-free. The goody bag at completion was such a thoughtful touch! I genuinely feel like I’ve found my dream home, thank you so much.

Terrible GDPR compliance. Asked several times to remove me from their database but Jill Price was adamant on sending me all the details of her clients transaction even when I sent several emails that she had the wrong email address. Use company with caution!

CW Estates helped us to sell our house and buy our new home. I would 10/10 recommend then if you are thinking of buying or selling. They aren't pushy at all, we thought about selling our house a couple of times over the years and they …

I had the pleasure of working with Lauren recently who facilitated my house sale for me. From the moment she walked through the door I knew I was in safe hands. Lauren could not have been more enthusiastic about the house that she was sure she would sell for me for the best price! Lauren was professional, courteous and knowledge, ensuring all of my questions were answered and she was on hand day and night (even on a Sunday!) to help with any query I may have had. Lauren provided feedback from viewings quickly and within a week, she sold the house for me. As if Lauren wasn't fantastic enough at selling my house, I also then viewed a property CW had for sale and Lauren (despite it not being her vendor), met me to show me around knowing the position I was in. She did a great job of answering all my queries about the property and I loved it so much I offered on it there and then. My offer has since been accepted and Lauren was the first person to congratulate me on the purchase of my new home. I honestly cannot say anything but good things about Lauren. Sometimes these things can feel like a business transaction, just going through the motions to get to the end result. With Lauren, it felt like I had a friend supporting me with what has been at times, an emotional situation personally. They say selling and buying houses is one of the most stressful things you can do, but with Lauren it has been nothing but an enjoyable experience. Lauren, thank you for everything you've done for me. I will be sure to recommend you to EVERYONE!

We recently sold our home with CW Estates and I can highly recommend Nic and the team. Within two weeks the house had been valued, amazing photos taken and we were live on the market! Within another two weeks the house had sold! From start to finish Nic and the team went above and beyond, lots of updates and it really took out the stress of moving. Super friendly and helpful team where nothing was ever too much. On completion day Nic even gave us a goodie bag for our new home aswell as the buyer, the little things make a big difference so thank you for that and helping us keep our sanity. We now live in our forever home, however if we were to move again we wouldn’t hesitate to get in touch with CW Estates to help us! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

The service provided by CW Estate Agents has been second to none in customer service, from start to finish. We mainly dealt with Tom, but also dealt with others within the team. All were personable, professional and always available to offer advice and support throughout the whole process. Buying and selling your home can be stressful, but we always felt we were in good hands. Within a week of putting our house on the market we sold. Tom even negotiated to enable us to buy the home we wanted from another local estate agent. Thank you for supporting us throughout our journey to buy our perfect home. We wish you all the success in the world you certainly all deserve it!

We sold and bought our new house with CW estate agents and couldn't be happier with how everything went. We could've saved a small bit of money going elsewhere, however their professionalism and knowledge of the local area swung it for us and it definately paid off😊 Tom looked after us really well and we can't thank him enough with helping us. We will always recommend you guys 👍🏻Kelsey & Dan x

Winsford are so lucky to have CW Estate agents in our Town…. They stand out from the rest by a clear mile, they definitely fill the gap …. I would not hesitate to recommend Nicola and Tom to friends and family for there friendly honest professional advice…..There are many things that set them aside the biggest one for me was there is no close of the door at 5.30pm they have been on the other end of the phone for me sometimes as late as 9pm when I’ve had questions for them and when I’ve wanted to view houses there hasn’t been long wait times, they go above and beyond to act fast on every single thing they do. Thank you both

A huge, huge thanks to Martin Kent at CW Estate Agents for helping us to sell our home and support with our buy too. Martin was so helpful from the start, throughout the process and right through to completion. It was the first time we have sold a house and being part of a chain, Martin was supportive and answered all our questions we had and went above and beyond. We highly recommend Martin and CW Estate Agents if you’re looking to sell your home, if we were to move again in the future we’ll 100% use Martin again. Thank you so much. Nathan & Alice.

Martin was the agent that helped us sell our property. He was extremely helpful in advising how to get the best price, in fact we ended up getting substantially more than the advertised price. He would always take time to speak to us when we called, or call back at the earliest convenience. Even when we sold, as we were staying in temporary accommodation, Martin was on hand to advise us on properties that we were considering. Professional, courteous, extremely helpful and diligent.. If we were ever to move again, I would have no hesitation in using the services of this team.

All I can say is Wow, Nicola is fantastic. CW estate agents really went above and beyond to help us sell our property. Nothing was to much trouble and the support and guidance Nicola provided was superb. Having never sold a property before, my husband and I didn’t know where to start and both felt very apprehensive. Nicola and her team guided us through the whole process and always being on the end of the phone to answer the silliest of my questions or concerns made the whole journey so much easier. Highly recommend. A huge thank you from us all xxx

We bought a house and completed this week - this was being sold with CW Estate Agents. We wanted to share our experience. Nicola was professional, friendly and reliable. Nicola made the whole buying experience much less stressful and although we used another estate agent to sell our property, we both agree that should we ever sell our property in the future, it will be CW Estate Agents who we'd used. Many thanks Nicola and team for all your help, nothing short of 5 stars!! Best wishes, Craig and Nat.

This is the second time I’ve used the team at CW to sell and this experience was as positive as the last. Despite the challenges of selling a house, CW remove the complexity, keep regular contact, and help resolve and issues that arise. They will always be my ‘go to’ if I sell again in the future.

I can highly recommend the services of CW Estate Agents. My house sale went through incredibly seamlessly from start to finish. Nicola went above and beyond to help and was always contactable, something which is a bit of a rarity nowadays. CW definitely have the edge over the other high street agents and I would have no hesitation in recommending their services to anyone I know. Thank you very much Nicola and her team😊

Couldn’t fault their service. We were in contact with Tom for the selling of our house and he was professional from start to finish and helped with any questions we had. Open and honest about the whole process of buying and selling a house. Photographer was lovely and worked around us and the photos were fab. They do a lot for the Winsford community to which is so lovely to see. Highly recommend!

We used Nicola to both sell and buy. I couldn’t recommend her more. She was thoroughly helpful and informative throughout the whole process with great communication at all times. She went above and beyond to help us find a suitable house in a very turbulent and frustrating market. She is great at what she does, extremely personable and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her or use her again in the future. Thank you Nicola for all your help and patience throughout!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism
