We had the pleasure of being shown around our new home by the lovely Sara today. She made us feel so welcome from the start, and allowed us all the time we wanted to look around, get a feel for the place and take measurements etc. She was also very helpful in answering any questions we had and made us feel like we were in no rush, and could also arrange another viewing if we needed. Recently viewed a number of properties with Pat and Teresa. They were both really helpful and knowledgeable. Pat also called the next day for feedback and listened to our needs she wasn’t giving up and made sure she matched us up to our dream home, which we viewed with Teresa. Having dealt with numerous agents recently I have to say both Pat and Teresa are two of the most efficient, helpful and pro active ladies I have met. If I was putting my house on the market this would be the agent I would choose.

I have completed a house viewing with Sara Dickens this morning I have to say sh was extremely friendly from the second she got out of the car. I took my daughter with me and she put me at ease as she was great with her too. She was very professional and informative and seemed passionate about her role. She also followed up with the things she said she would when she got back to the office, which I find sometimes is rare. I would definately recommend. Thanks again!

I've bought and sold a few houses over the years and after some very good experiences with the BJB auction team I decided to sell my own home using the same estate agent and what a good choice that turned out to be! Sara, my selling agent, provided the most thoroughly competent, friendly and pain free experience I've ever enjoyed in home-selling. Typically this first visit is the most stressful of traumas where you're bombarded with queries and requests for documents you haven't seen in 15 or more years, but she took her time, gave me advice on what documents I would need through the process and who I could contact to get them if I couldn't find them. Thoroughly competent and a pleasant experience!

Can't fault Butters John Bee so far. From initial contact to now everyone has been really friendly and helpful, and we've gone from first viewing to offer accepted in a matter of days because they've worked really hard to arrange things quickly for us. We had our viewings with Patricia, who was lovely and really committed to helping us find what was right for us without just seeming like she wanted to push a sale. We've then been dealing with Tresa in the office, who is so contactable and was back and forth with us and the vendor all day to ensure our offer was accepted. Hopefully the rest of our purchase progresses smoothly, but if we find ourselves back in the market any time soon, I think we'd be relieved to see that a property was listed with BJB as they make everything so easy!

I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I received from Butters estate agent. They failed to communicate with me about the progress of my property sale, ignored my phone calls and emails, and redirected me to a head office that never returned my messages. They also recommended a conveyancing solicitor that was shut down by the CLC (Council for Licensed Conveyancers) the day before I was supposed to move. Butters did not inform me of this situation and I had to take time away from work and waste my time and money to visit their Hanley branch in person because they wouldn't answer my calls. This has caused me a lot of stress and frustration and I do not recommend them to anyone.

Hi, I’ve recently had absolutely outstanding service from the Winsford, Cheshire branch recently. They have sold my house within less than 10 days from its valuation. They said they would sell it quick and they have done exactly that. Lauren, Tress, Sara and Pat have all played a major part from the get go. Avoid! Use someone else in Creae

Avoid!Trying to purchase a property, made an offer within 1 hour of viewing and waiting nearly a week for feedback when we have to be chasing. I would not trust these people to sell my house if they dont go back to buyers.This is aimed at the Crewe branch specifically. Never answer the phone or emails.Update - the manager did reach out to say he was off today and would contact tomorrow as per complaints procedure- guess what no contact. Not even an apology from him or even his director. Shambles
