I'm looking to move back to the area over the next couple of months and any questions I have are always answered in a friendly and helpful manner. I have messaged Lorraine and called the office a couple of times and I am never left feeling silly when I ask my questions on renting, she told me 'no such thing as a silly question, unless I don't ask and want to know the answer' When she suggested looking closer to the end of my current tenancy for a new rental as they go so quickly to avoid disappointment, shows that extra thought for people! Thank you so much for your help it's such a refreshing change to be spoken to nicely over other agencies I have dealt with in the past who just don't want to know, I look forward to seeing the houses you have for rent come July!
