FacebookI'm sorry it's taken so long girls but I wanted to say a big thank you to you both for finding tenants for our flats! We'd had lots of stress with previous tenants and they just took it all away and were so friendly and personal! It made our lives infinitely easier and was worth every penny! GoogleShowed interest in renting a property, they just assumed I was unemployed and that homes I had looked at only accept employed tenants. Which I found very rude as I have been in employment since I was a teenager.
Hi Emma. I am sorry to read this review as we pride ourselves on treating every person who contacts us with respect and as we would wish to be treated ourselves. We have a series of questions that we ask all tenants upon registration in order to confirm suitability for each property (as specified by each landlord) which includes whether a tenant is working, has any pets, smokes etc. It is not possible for us to assume answers to these questions so I would be keen to speak with you to understand what happened when you contacted us.
