GoogleShowed interest in renting a property, they just assumed I was unemployed and that homes I had looked at only accept employed tenants. Which I found very rude as I have been in employment since I was a teenager.
Hi Emma. I am sorry to read this review as we pride ourselves on treating every person who contacts us with respect and as we would wish to be treated ourselves. We have a series of questions that we ask all tenants upon registration in order to confirm suitability for each property (as specified by each landlord) which includes whether a tenant is working, has any pets, smokes etc. It is not possible for us to assume answers to these questions so I would be keen to speak with you to understand what happened when you contacted us. Emma and Lorraine helped me find a new tenant within the first week of advertisement. The management of the property is dealt with in a professional manner without myself having to get involved, any issues are dealt with immediately. I'd highly recommend living local to anyone!!
