GoogleIn todays frantic post-pandemic rental market it would be easy for estate agents to be overwhelmed by the volumes of prospective tenants looking to move after lockdown. Our recent experience with Living Local shows that standards can be maintained even in the most volatile times. Living Local staff are professional, friendly and courteous at all times and make you feel that you are the only person they are dealing with. The viewing of properties is fairly handled and operates smoothly. Even the vetting process which is normally the most intrusive part of securing a rental property is handled efficiently with sensitivity and understanding. In the post move phase, Living Local have been quick to resolve any issues with the property whilst also maintaining their obligations to the landlord in terms of inspections and ensuring that the property is well maintained by their tenants. They are well organised, communicate clearly and often, and are fair to both landlord and tenant. A special mention to the lovely Brooke who does all of this for us with a smile on her face. If you are looking let your property then Living Local should be your first and last stop. If you are fortunate enough to secure a rental through Living Local then you will enjoy proper personal customer service rather than the “one size fits all” service regularly served up by some of the high street brand names.

GoogleMe and my parter looked for our first property through Living Local, we were extremely pleased with Living Local, especially Emma. She helped us through out the whole experience and was available any time we needed her. Couldn't of asked for anything more. Both me and my parter would highly recommend using Living Local as they are friendly and professional. From the viewing to the paperwork everything was explained with ease and completed within excellent time. We were extremely happy about how fast they completed the process from viewing to moving in and would reccomend them to anyone!

GoogleFirst class service from the best estate agents in the North East. I spent the best part of 2022 trying to find a property and at every stage Living Local were superb. Every single staff member is professional, personable and knowledgeable about all stages of the buying process. I would 100% use these guys in any future purchases...although hopefully not for a while! Thanks again for all your help.

GoogleMy partner and I decided to buy a house together right before covid hit in march 2020, it wasn't without its ups and downs as we lost initial house because of our buyers being furloughed and therefore unable to proceed sadly, but obviously that house wasn't meant to be, all the girls at living local were absolutely brilliant they kept in touch , kept us up to date, they did there best to help us find our forever home which eventually we did and moved in November 2020, it was a hugely stressful time but we can't thank living local enough and would highly recommend them to anyone, mahoosive thumbs up from Jo, Ian and family xPositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

We were given a personal recommendation and from the moment we met Emma we knew we had chosen well. GoogleAlthough not a tenant or a landlord I needed to contact Living Local concerning a plumbing issue effecting both my property and a property they manage. What can I say! The speed at which they resolved the issue and the courtesy they showed me was amazing! The workmanship of the Contractor that they used was also first class. Brilliant Customer Service.

GoogleLaura and the girls at Living Local are fabulous. I have been renting for close to 10 years, and never met a more professional, helpful and warm letting team. In fact I would say they were the best part of my renting experience (and that's saying a lot - usually dealing with letting agencies are the worst part...) From the beginning I had teething issues as I was moving from quite far away but they went above and beyond to make things easier. They were always responsive via email and make a genuine effort to fix issues. The girls all seem to work great as a team and that comes through to the high standards of service they provide. 10/10!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleAbsolutely excellent service! Best agency we had so far! The whole team is extremely helpful and always more than happy to help. They reply to emails/calls and emergency emails (over the weekend) quickly and do their best to solve any issues. During the last 9 years we had to deal with many different agencies and there were always delays, misunderstandings and cheeky expenses, however, with Living Local we are very happy and we trust them 100%, they do their job right, they are honest and very professional.

Very proactive, friendly and helpful. Communication was excellent. Living Local is an extremely professional company. FacebookI previously had my home up with a leading estate agent who boasted about having the best sale ratio out of all the agents in the area. I had few viewings and the house failed fo gain much interest and I took it off the market for a while. After some cosmetic work I marketed it again with Living Local in Winlaton. Lorraine came and took the photos for the brochure and it was marketed almost immediately. Lorraine told me photography was one of her hobbies and you could tell, the quality of the photos I think sold my house.The house was up for sale for just over 3 weeks and the viewings went into double figures. Just before the 4th week there were two bids and the process to sell began.Louise dealt with this and she was very helpful, very friendly but mostly very efficient. Even when the buyer tried to knock me down just before the sale Louise managed to keep the sale price very close to the agreed price. Very professional, friendly, hard working staff and I would recommend using this estate agent as they just get to it to get your house sold.
