The parking. Whilst people have ample drive way space on Snowdon Grange, they choose to park up pavements, on dangerous corners, so anyone with a small car cannot see to get out of a junction. Even have filthy tractors and muck spreader parked up kerb on one corner and nobody cares

Disorganised and poor customer service.Issues are only resolved after repetitive nagging and repeat emails, phone calls and chasing. Promise the world and deliver nothing.If the housing market wasn't so goverment backed companies like this would not last.It amazes me they manage to build a house

Fantastic house and John the site manager is a star, unfortunately his hard work is let down by the company having absolutely no customer service! Have a few outstanding issues but they completely ignore emails. Last email sent on the 03/7/2021 still no reply.

I got my carpets changed today. Brian Aldridge and Rafal Bazuk attended from Tilia Homes to help with moving the furniture. They were both very meticulous, professional and friendly. They handled everything with care and ensured that everything was put back in place.I expected the process of the carpet change to be stressful but thanks to both Rafal and Brian it felt like a breezeThank you both very much

Worst experience of my entire life, since Tilia homes have taken over! They promise you the word and do not follow through. My only advice to you all is DO NOT purchase a new build property from Tilia homes.

THE WORST COMPANY EVER! They block you phones numbers, threaten you, lie and be resist if you need help with the home after they have messed up! DO NOT BUY HOME WITH THEM JUST BUY IF YOU WANT HAVE TROUBLE AFTER THE TROUBLE WITH NO HELP!
