GoogleI rented a property through Marshalls. The property was in a poor condition and they misled me in the tenancy agreement. Greedy property agents. Don't recommend them at all.

GoogleFriendly, helpful and very responsive team who held my hand through my first property rental. Dropped a star as they only open weekends for viewing, they don't have anyone from the "support" team on hand at weekends which was the only time we could get over to sign documents.

GoogleHave been letting with Marshalls for a few months now, the staff are very helpful, friendly and responsive. I am now moving out of my flat with Marshalls but they have been extremely accommodating and helpful with the ending of my tenancy. Would happily use Marshalls for letting again in the future.
