In 2017, we were new to letting but Katya and Carla at the Windsor branch were professional and courteous in taking us through all the issues and providing sound advice. They were quick to secure prospective tenants and always responded promptly to queries and kept us informed right way through the process. A first class service. In Sept 2020, we decided to sell the property. We decided to put the sale with Marshalls because of the excellent service we had had from their lettings side. And am pleased to say we were not disappointed. If only all companies could offer the same level of service property transacting would be a whole lot less stressful. Kevin Morley handled the sale and was ultra professional, courteous and attentive to both us and our buyer; keeping both well informed throughout the whole process and acting as the perfect liaison between us. He provided excellent advice and we are sincerely grateful to him and Gary Marshall and the rest of the team at Marshalls. We cannot speak too highly of the service provided.

I recently switched agents to Marshalls to manage my property in Windsor. I live in the USA and have done so for many years. I am very pleased with the service I have had from the Marshall's team these last few months. From finding a tenant, to managing the transition from another agent to helping me get the property ready for occupancy, the team at Marshalls has been great. As an overseas owner/landlord, the most important thing I need is clear communication. I have been in regular contact with the team via phone and email and they have explained very clearly what they needed from me without being burdensome. I think Marshalls strikes a great balance between the needs of the tenant and the owner which is very comforting for both parties. I would highly recommend looking at Marshalls if you are thinking of renting a property.

Catherine Euden, the new Lettings manager at Marshalls property services WINDSOR, adds further professionalism to the already excellent team in St Leonard’s Road. My husband and I rented a property in Windsor with Marshalls for just over 4 years, and we found all of their staff to be professional, polite, and responsive. They were very prompt at resolving any issues that cropped up in our long let, and made property checks, boiler services etc. super easy to organise. When it came to leaving the property, they were very flexible with dates and the notice period, and more than fair in terms of the final inventory and deposit. Plus they recommended services in the local area, such as cleaners and chimney sweeps, who did an excellent job. We would highly recommend them.
