I recently worked with Prospect on a recent purchase and found them to be very useful in helping the sale progress. The agents were very proactive in chasing both sets of solicitors and very helpful in the flow of communications between seller side and buyer's. I am pleased to write that the services provided by prospect (Saffron) deliver are excellent. They respond promptly to emails and help to solve problems raised in due course. I complained about the break of the inner glass and it was given the necessary attention and fixed. Also, I was duly carried along in every step engaged in fixing the lid.

During an unnecessarily difficult moving out process (not the fault of Prospect,) the agents at Prospect were extremely supportive of me as an outgoing tenant and Sasha in particular was lightning fast on responding to queries, arranging cleaning and the return of the deposit. It was a difficult time and I'm glad they made things much easier for us!

At a time when finding a rental property is tough, I have had a relatively hassle-free experience thanks to a combination of excellent personal service from Anna Elema who was quick, efficient and bright, and some clever and easy-to-use software which took much of the labour out of a complex but necessary process. However, machines don't smile. Anna does.
