Has always used their services during our moves within UK. Currently the existing property is being managed by them so absolutely hassle free stay. Our manager is Beckie Baxter and she is absolutely fantastic. Always responsive and helpful, good turnaround time with the issues you may have, liased well with us and the landlord. This team stood head and shoulders above the rest. They were genuinely committed to satisfying our particular renting requirements - and given that we immigrated from South Africa, those needs were quite unique in the UK market. 5 star from start to finish. I have dealt with many property agencies and I couldn’t rate PROSPECT high enough. Beth and Paul have been more than brilliant in the whole property purchase journey. Right from the viewings, intense negotiations to the final exchange and completion. Very honest and transparent throughout. Thanks ever so much for your handwork and patience. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
