We have successfully let our property through Prospect for 7 years now with 4 different good tenants. We have never had more than a week without a new tenant and contract negotiations have always been very professional. Agnese Rees has managed our property for the last couple of years or so and always been very efficient and reliable providing great service.

Really bad, the house wasn't ready on the moving day (stated by contract) leaving me and my family looking for an hotel, that we had to paid our-self. When we finally moved in the house we find out that there is not not tumble dryer, despite the confirmation from their agent on the viewing day and despite the inventory report... DONT rent or buy through this agency.

They are a bunch of crooks who charged fees for things that were not justified We rented a property via ‘Prospect’ years ago - they tried charging us for a mole problem the rental property had.We were warned by a local cleaner when we moved in that prospect we’re bad … we should have listened!

We cannot praise highly enough the service we have received from the Sandhurst branch of Prospect Estate Agents. Not a straightforward sale, with plenty of hiccups along the way, but nothing has been too much trouble. We have been kept fully informed at all times and have had a constant stream of viewings leading to a successful sale. Would use again without question, superb service!
