We have been dealing with Beckie Baxter for over a year as our property manager and she is an absolute blessing! Quick to respond to issues or queries, handles my frustrations with an irritating landlord with much grace and diplomacy and throughout COVID has kept me well informed of changes to the usual protocol. We will miss having her assistance when we move to our new home this summer!

Very quick, very easy process to buying our first house through Prospect. Beth and the whole office were happy to answer any questions we had, give access to the property when needed and ensured the process was done smoothly and stress-free. The lettings team in Maidenhead are terrible. Uncommunicative, discourteous and, ultimately, incompetent. Maybe it was just our experience but be warned. We will not be using them again.(PS I've chosen to leave out the names of the agents involved as I feel identifying individuals is a bit too pointed. Therefore, I am leaving this review as broad experience of my unhappy experience.)

GoogleEnquired about a property to be told it's under offer. A week later the property still had not been updated so enquired again, it's now had an offer accepted. Property still not updated on online portals, showing as available. This is against Rightmove rules and the agent is doing it to get more exposure.

GoogleI’m very new to Prospect, having been with the previous company for nearly 25 years. I’ve got to get used to the changes! The changes are positive. I was most impressed with the speed with which they secured a new tenant and I appreciated the update communication. Overall I’m happy hence 5 stars.
