TrustpilotHelpful & patient with self employed complexity
Stefano & the team helped me & my partner so much with the referencing process for our new tenancy. I am self-employed which added some complexity, however Prospect were patient and helpful the whole time. Thanks! We can't wait to move in

FacebookSo, if their slow response and lack of communication and compassion wasn't bad enough, when my purchase fell through and Matt said "it's frustrating for me to you know, I now don't get paid" They also didn't bother to tell anyone else. My solicitor continued to try doing some work, until I called to discuss my next move, they had NO IDEA the sale had fallen through! Can't even do that part of their job - let alone the next bit! I have now not had any follow up calls or heard ANYTHING back from them to see how I'm doing with my search. The least I expected was a phone call to find out what I was looking for and to be on their mailing list. But instead, despite phoning them to complain about this, I still have no returned phone calls! USELESS! AWFUL company! Stick to the big guys or doing the work yourself, don't deserve the money they are paid! I guess this is what happens when a company employ young men who don't give or have any idea about customer service!

TrustpilotBrillant Communication & Helpful team.
The Prospect team as a whole has been very helpful, mindful and quick to resolve any issues, we've had. Their communication has been clear and informative since day 1, from all the staffs & specially Beckie Baxter who has responded to every agendas with lots of care and always looking to get the best deal for you. Overall the team has made me feel at ease and welcomed. Positive Recommendation.

TrustpilotGreat service fron Virginia Ayres
During a very rocky period, made tougher by the October budget, we were lucky to have Virginia's skill and dedication. She was dogged in her pursuit to exchange of contracts. The chain became convoluted, but she was on top of matters every step of the way. Great to have Virginia's proactive approach. Thanks for getting us over the line.

TrustpilotWell informed of the market
Beth and Paul from Prospect kept us informed of upcoming properties to market after a tricky time with vendors pulling out on exchange day! They helped up find a new house and once we had an offer accepted, helped negotiate access to the property to bring our builder over before we moved in which was helpful
