GoogleThe lettings team are awful. Uncommunicative, discourteous and, ultimately, incompetent. We'd heard good things about Prospect but were very disappointed (I think it's a new team now or something). Maybe it was just our experience but be warned. We will not be using them again.

A great speedy service with Prospect. Having been let down very badly on several occasions by another letting agent i turned to Prospect to manage my property. My property manager is Beckie Baxter and i cannot fault how she looks after my property, she is calm in a crisis, efficient, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Prospect and Beckie in particular.
