I’ve had a really positive experience working with Nikki at Prospect. She has been consistently professional, responsive, and easy to deal with throughout our tenancy. Nikki handled our renewal smoothly, ensuring all documentation was clear and completed promptly, and was also very helpful in liaising with the landlord to negotiate a more manageable rent increase. Buying our apartment via Prospectus Estate Agent

The support provided by Prospectus Estate Agent, from the initial property viewing through to placing an offer and completion, was smooth and well-managed. At each stage, different members of the Prospectus team were involved, and the transitions between teams were seamless. Responses were prompt, follow-ups were timely, and the staff were consistently friendly. Communication was clear and professional throughout the process, which made the experience reassuring. However, the service from the conveyancer recommended by the estate agent was less efficient. Some enquiries went back and forth for several weeks, resulting in avoidable delays and a degree of frustration.

We were selling using a power of attorney so needed to get multiple quotes, we chose prospect because they seemed to not just professional but confident in selling the property. Unfortunately after selling the house the owner passed away so the sale had to be transferred to the company looking after the estate, Lloyds bank estate service. Lloyds were happy to accept the sale and instructed prospect to continue to completion.

Nikki Gardner has been my property manager for a number of years now providing a fully managed service for my two properties. She is very efficient in advising of any issues brought to her attention and arranging rectification works to be carried out which is perfect for my situation as I now live in Somerset following retirement. On the rare occasion Nikki is not around e mails are picked up by a colleague and responded to in a timely manner. I recently asked Prospect Lettings to let my property and couldn't be happier with how everything went. As it was my first time being a landlord I had loads of questions, but the team explained everything clearly and made the whole process really easy to understand. They found a tenant much quicker than I expected and everything from the referencing through to the move in happened just as they said it would. This letting agent is completely useless. They ignore every repair request and never answer the phone. I am living with a broken ventilation system for 5 weeks. Do not rent from them. Problems With the Agent: No repairs done: They ignore all emails and maintenance forms. Bad phone service: They do not pick up calls or call you back. Rude staff: When you do reach someone, they do not care. Slow help: Simple fixes take months to finish.

Our chain sale process was complicated with months of waiting for the legal work to finish and vast documentations, but Ross, Akansha & their team were throughout the process of this long 5 months by constantly supporting and updating us with the development. Had the best experience from the start, from the property viewing to moving in. Nancy Suri MARLA is our property manager and has been professional throughout, answering all our questions clearly.
