Chloe ... Birthday Fairy

I am a tenant and managed by Chloe Reilly. Chloe is always a professional but just recently pulling out all the stops to help me. I fell foul of drain problems and then boiler breakdown. Resulting in no not water or heating for two weeks. Chloe was approachable, sympathetic and did everything she could to speed up the repairs on both occasions. I was beginning to feel worn down by it all. However she saved my sanity. I was able to reinstate a birthday celebration that I thought would be cancelled. Thanks Chloe.

Subcontractor review

From a different perspective, we are contractors working along side prospect and are subcontracted work. The team have always been a pleasure to deal with. Not everything always goes to plan but the team are always soo helpful in getting everything resolved. We deal with Kate, Lily, Kodie, Betsy, Nikki, and Chloe mainly. They are always friendly, and the communication is always great. We always have to pop in to branches for key collection and have always found the branch staff to be helpful and friendly also. Really professional and would highly recommend.

Had Prospect selling my property in a not exactly favourable market, but they were really professional with their valuation and the conduct of viewings, with every viewing followed up. Eventually we had a buyer and from there the real challenges begin... they did a wonderful job liaising between seller, buyer and their solicitors. We needed a fast completion and with their help we were able to pull through. Many thanks to Paul and Beth and would definitely recommend to anyone thinking of putting their house on the market!
