Excellent and a very professional service from all members of the Sales and Support Teams operating from an impressive office environment. Found the perfect client to purchase our property in what at the time was a difficult market due to BREXIT and other factors. Competitive costs of sale, well earned. The most outstanding aspect apart from their well proven reputation as an Estate Agent was the regular almost daily updates as to what was actually happening within the sales process and kept us reliably informed at all stages. This level of client communication was exceptional and in our experience of having moved house several times was indeed the most impressive element of their high quality service levels. Going into a tightening market, we considered that an agent with both depth and breadth of service would aid success, and we chose Savills. And so it proved. The viewing team were delightful. The lead agent, Robert, was shrewd and capable. The delivery team under Haley did a fantastic job at massaging and negotiatind a long-ish chain to a a result in a tightening market. This quality agent paid off for our relatively modest property.
