We visited Savills to get some advice on the market and see what is available at the moment. Jon and Robert were super helpful with discussing our search in the city and provided some good suggestions of properties in our price range. We are also thinking about moving more into a village location so spoke with Haley and Giles who were super knowledgable on the different areas that could suit our needs and how the market is looking at the moment. Very early days in our search but we left the office feeling like we had been given some honest advice and confident with our next steps.

I can’t tell you how happy I am that I chose Robert Tottle at Savills, Winchester to sell our house. He was recommended to me and I am so pleased we chose Savills and the team to sell for us. We were selling under difficult circumstances and he has made a very stressful time much less stressful. He’s talked me through all the stuff I didn’t understand during the process of selling. He’s gone totally above and beyond. Robert is patient (I may have tested this at times), kind, calm, collected (when I was panicking!) and a total professional. I can’t thank him (and all the team at Savills who were also lovely and very helpful) enough for getting us through it all. The brochure made was beautifully photographed, the floorplan perfect and the wording was very well written. I’ve recommended Robert and the Savills team to a friend who’s selling and I’m pleased to hear she has chosen them too, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them all to anyone. I had a wonderful experience renting a property through Savills Winchester. No problem was too trivial and the team were always really helpful if I needed any help with maintenance concerns. Adel in particular was very proactive and if I ever called the office it always felt I was talking to a friend as much as a professional. Towards the end of my tenancy both Adel and Michelle were very helpful with efficiently sorting out the paperwork which ensured that I was able to move on without any concerns. Thank you both

We have had a very positive experience with Savills Winchester with the sale of our home. In what has been largely considered a testing time to sell property they were extremely efficient in getting viewings through the door and subsequently negotiating a proceedable offer within a couple of weeks of marketing the house. John Lacey and his team did a terrific job for us when we sold our home. He judged the price more optimistically than his competitors and found us several interested buyers ultimately getting us asking price. His communication was excellent and was available to us whenever we needed him. His negotiating skills were exemplary. I was very pleased with the work done by Savills to market the property. Photography was beautiful. Overall I’d rate Savills very highly. There are several good options for agents in winchester and it was hard to choose. I have no regrets that I chose Savills.
