GoogleI have just exchanged on a beautiful new house in Winchester. Savills; Robert Tottle and his team, were excellent. Helpful, knowledgeable and always prompt and efficient with all the matters pertaining to the purchase - despite turbulent markets and political upheaval which added to the stress of the transaction, I would highly recommend, and infact already have recommended, Rob and Savills to others looking to buy or sell their property in Winchester.

GoogleWe have just sold our house with Savills Winchester. They were brilliant to work it, in particular Robert Tottle and Jonathan Lacey. Their service from the first contact until the contract exchange was exceptional. Expert knowledge of the market, timely response to emails and texts. Jon built trust fast by combining energy and drive with knowledge, understanding and attention to detail. He did his prep and mine, and made it interesting. Jon listens astutely and thinks strategically. He sustained his trademark optimism through unexpected issues, responding swiftly and constructively; nothing was too much trouble. Patient, cheering and a gifted communicator, he saved our sale with skilfully deployed reassurance when markets were particularly jittery. A real pleasure to deal with - best agent ever.

GoogleWe walked into Savills first thing one Saturday to try and view a property we had just seen, before driving back to Scotland that lunchtime. We met Rob Tottle and he was terrific despite our tall order. He managed to arrange an agent to do a viewing within a couple of hours and we put in an offer on our way back up the M6 that same day. All the way through the process, Rob and Savills have been 1st class and did a fantastic job for both seller and us throughout. We are looking forward to moving to Winchester in a couple of weeks and that's is due in no small part to Rob. Thank you.
