GoogleWe bought our house through Savills Winchester in September and can’t praise them enough on how they handled the process. Haley in particular really did go above and beyond in getting the transaction to exchange and then completion. She worked incredibly hard, often in to the night and weekend, to ensure that the somewhat complicated situation was resolved. We wouldn’t hesitate in using them for any future sale.

GoogleI would thoroughly recommend Savills estate agents in Winchester. Upon entering we were greeted by Jonathan Lacey who was very polite and courteous. His knowledge and insight of Winchester and the surrounding area was impressive. We had singled our search down to a couple of areas but after speaking with Jonathan we had expanded our search which brought to us several other options, so we were really happy with this.

GoogleUnfortunately we got our timing wrong and missed out on selling when the market was still strong but Haley at Savills, Winchester get pushing to see the sale go through and has been very helpful with last minute details as we only had 2 working days between contract exchange and completion and we are the other side of the world.

Having spoken to her I felt compelled to follow this up with a review because for the first time since considering putting my house on the market she was the first person who I felt really confident in what she had to say. She clearly understands the effect that Brexit and the Election has on the housing market and it was reassuring to get her opinion on timeframes for putting my house on the market.

Debbie-Ann was fantastic at all steps of the journey, in showing us properties to helping us to sign the contract and pick up keys. Although Savills do not manage our property directly, the initial processes were made simple without any hassle.
