Have been renting through Martin and Co for my last 2 properties. Piers has been phenomenal both times, always going above and beyond to find my perfect property despite being given quite difficult needs from a property to be met! Really great and straight forward experience!! The agent Piers was really nice, patient and quick to respond, which was helpful and really appreciated! I recently secured a student property with 5 others, we had the best luck of being shown around by Alex. She was amazing, she answered all our questions, she was efficient, and she made the viewing and securing so seamless. I would highly recommend to students looking for top quality houses during their University years. Piers was the best, was shown over 10 houses that varied sizes and prices that all fit right into my budget and not once did I ever feel rushed or pushed into any tendency. All and all Piers took he’s time and really showed care into what I was looking for and that really made the experience great. Absolute wonderful person to talk to and apparently quite the golfer.
