GoogleNot very helpful at all unfortunately. I'm homeless, sofa surfing after fleeing domestic abuse and sadly I couldn't make a viewing for a property due to work commitments, I only got offered the viewing yesterday. Apparently it's their policy that you HAVE to view the property before putting in an application. I can't find this policy on their website and despite my awful situation they offered no solution and were very abrupt. Very unfortunate because other Estate Agents have been very considerate. Surely if I'm okay putting in an application having only seen pictures, knowing full well the property would be suitable for myself as a single person that should be enough, as it is with most estate agents but it isn't and gets you a very frosty response.

The demand is very high at the moment and if house in question is popular others will undoubtedly get the property. We are sorry for your situation and will try and help you if you see something else.

GoogleWorst Estate Agents Around. They need to learn how to communicate with their clients. You never informed me with anything, so stop your lies. Gillian Spence Marla your Senior Letting Manager needs Customer Service Skills as she doesnt know how to talk to a customer. I requested a contractor to be sent out to the property Asap which you failed to do aswell as there were no follow-ups and nither any confirmation through emails that someone is gona visit the site instead so i assumed you didnt find anyone instead you bill me for something that i didn't require again and nither justified.You wasn't thinking i was gona wait forever for you imaginary contractor to turn up were you. And Thanks for nothing.
Usman were obviously really disappointed to receive this review. We have investigated this and we are sorry but we totally disagree with your comments as we clearly arranged with you for contractors to visit the house and you refused them entry which is where the problem arose. Contractors will unfortunately always charge for a failed visit which we cannot change.

GoogleDo not rent with Ewemove Winchester. They refused to answer calls regarding maintenance issues. We were without hot water for 2 weeks, no washing machine for 3 weeks, no heating for a month during winter, and lived in moldy and damp conditions that they had freshly painted over before we moved in. They do NOT answer calls about maintenance issues and for each issue I had to call 3 times a day and repeatedly email to eventually get anything fixed. Eventually I threatened to involve the council regarding the damp issue and then suddenly they were able to get our heating fixed. At the end of the tenancy, it took 2 months to get our deposit back. I repeatedly phoned and emailed about it to be ignored, eventually I phoned their personal mobile numbers and they sent it back. If you read other reviews you will see all the positive reviews are about buying property, and the negative reviews are all in relation to renting. This is the first time I've left a Google review as I was that disappointed and frustrated with their service. Do not rent with them.

GoogleWe have just bought a house in Winchester. Our seller agent was Mr. Martin. He was really a approachable, friendly and professional. He made our journey smooth. We can approach him 7 days a week for anything. I don't think other agents will do that. We wish him and EweMove a best of luck.

GoogleCannot fault EweMove in the slightest. Our estate agent, Harvey, was second to none; professional, friendly, informative and honest (which is hard to find)! And he was very proactive and super responsive, answering all our questions quickly and putting us at ease. We felt that he did everything he could to help us, even accommodating last-minute viewings and requests. Just an all-round gent. Thank you Harvey 👏🏼

GoogleDidn’t answer the phone, didn’t reply to emails and voice mails for over 2 weeks. When we did eventually get through to them they used our interest to get another offer pushed through without informing us there was another offer.
Richard, we apologise for the breakdown in communication but we always respond to voicemails and emails so we will look into this matter with urgency. Unfortunately the house you were looking at already had an offer and we were waiting for proof of funds to confirm it was sold hence we had to cancel your viewing. We do however wish you success with finding a new home.
