GoogleI would highly recommend Martin and James at Ewe Move, they were fantastic from start to finish. Our property was in Otterbourne and we had a sale fall through with a previous well known local agent so decided to try Ewe Move and the whole experience was better. From beginning to end Martin and James were so helpful, knowledgeable and supportive, always keeping us updated on what was happening and trying to help at any time. Their images were fantastic and the 360 video was fab for online viewers. They were never pushy or full of hot air like many estate agents can be just listened to what we wanted. If I could of given 6 stars i would 😁

GoogleA++++ - Cannot recommend Martin and EweMove highly enough!! We had tried to sell our house twice before with no luck. The first meeting with Martin he gave his honest opinion as to why and what he would differently… and it worked! Throughout the whole process Martin was always available and when there was need for additional support with solicitors or our buyers questions, he was more than happy to jump in and resolve. GoogleMy wife and I were starting to look at the options for moving house and we received a letter through the mail slot from Harvey at Ewemove. When we had purchased our house 3 years earlier our interactions with other Ewemove agents had left a favourable impression. We booked Harvey for a onsite home appraisal and he arrived on time, well prepared, and was very considerate of our property and us. We agreed to have him act as our agent. He gave good advice on the small things we needed to do before getting the property listed. On the photo day he did a great job and showed great patience with helping us stage the property. Once the listing went live Harvey continued to do a stellar job. He booked through and hosted ten viewings that first week, and we received multiple offers of which we have accepted one. He has been great help guiding us through the sale of our first home!

Not only did Martin sell our home in record time (3 days from going on market to accepting an over asking-price offer) but he did everything he could to ensure our sale went smoothly, despite some bumps in the road. Can only say good things and highly recommend both him and the Ewe move team. The handy moving guide was also much appreciated and a nice touch 🙂

GoogleWe have recently completed our first purchase through EweMove with Harvey. Harvey had great communication all the way through and kept our purchase moving along. There were a few bumps in the road due to the seller and their purchase but Harvey looked after us and kept us in the loop. Although Harvey worked for the seller and not us, he would contact us regularly with updates and help when needed.

GoogleI was given very professional help at EweMove on a prospective purchase. The viewing was on time, informative and non-pressurised. I was able to work out most of the logistics from information promptly supplied by the owner at the request of the agent. The service was personalised and professionalism. An issue that remains for all estate agents is clear information on the possible incremental increase in Ground Rents in selling details. There have been recent alerts about this issue. It is important to be able to make an informed choice before the expense of lawyers, surveyors etc. A challenge to the profession! Full marks to Malcolm at EweMove, however.

GoogleI referred a client to Malcolm who was going through separation and trying to sell his house. It had been on the market with another agent for a little while and had had offers which subsequently fell through. Malcolm took the property on and sold it very quickly allowing the client to move on with his life. The feedback from the client was exceptionally positive in that Malcolm marketed the property in ways that the other agent didn’t. He is a very proactive, professional, individual, willing to go the extra mile for his clients. Thank you Malcolm, you give estate agents a good name.

GoogleEweMove and James have been absolutely fantastic. We have had a terrible experience with another estate agent, and after moving to EweMove, the only regret we had was not moving earlier. A very personable, professional experience at a potentially stressful time. James has been easy to contact, always willing to listen, be flexible and meet our needs. He is sensitive to our tricky family situation, and has gone above and beyond during each and every interaction. An excellent negotiator, James was finalising our sale while on his well-deserved holiday abroad. He has turned a nightmare scenario into an exciting and hopeful future for us as a family. Estate Agents get bad publicity for being less than truthful, only after commission and having a conveyor belt service. Ewemove are the exception to that rule, we have had the complete opposite experience, we are forever in-debted!

GoogleWhen my mother sadly had to go into a nursing home I had the emotional job of having to sell her house (also my childhood home). Having not sold a house for 30 years I was a complete novice. Malcolm was patient and understanding guiding me through options available. The result was a smooth sale and good financial outcome, with Malcolm overseeing and advising me each step of the way. I would not hesitate in using Malcolm and his team again and will most certainly be recommending their services. I would like to publicly thank them for their professional and confident services.

GoogleAfter no success with a local estate agents in which we were locked into a 12 week contract to use no other estate agents, James White of Ewemove kept his promise of contacting us once this period was up. In doing so he managed to do more in a couple of weeks of getting a buyer than the local estate agents did in the 12 week period... Although its been a frustratingly lengthy process for the buyer to get together the necessary funds, James kept us in the loop throughout, eventually closing the deal with success!! We are impressed by his diligence and keeping to the fee he agreed with us. I would most certainly recommend James White and Ewemove.

We pay our rent every month with no fail and on Wednesday the property had an infection of bugs; I have had to move out of the property and have been trying to speak to someone.... no one returns calls and no one is interested - I am now living in my car and have cancelled my direct debit!
