GoogleWe purchased a property via Dybles and have to say the experience was faultless. Matthew followed up with solicitors and the seller and kept us updated regularly making the process far less stressful than it usually is. I have no problem recommending this Estate Agent and would certainly use them again if I ever have to sell and purchase again

GoogleAm in the early stages of viewing properties and as a first time buyer, it’s incredibly daunting. I found Lilly to be so personable, so helpful and attentive. GoogleWe sold our house with Dybles and several attempts were needed to achieve this. We chose them for their competitive pricing at a fixed rate which worked out to be just below 0.8%. So far so good, one star for this. We decided on the sale price ourselves as we did not think their estimation was right (and succeeded with our price at the end), we could not choose photos from the photographer (she apparently just took one photo per room), and we edited their standard advertising text to better suit the property. During viewings, staff that did not know the property were showing prospective buyers around and there were several agents who we had not even met before. The follow-up process was outsourced to an external company without previous notice and consisted of useless check-in phone calls. At some point we had the impression that they were working for the interest of the prospective buyers. The recommended mortgage adviser was difficult to work with and created us some additional problems when drawing down our mortgage from our bank.

GoogleI never thought that I would be writing this about an estate agent, but I can't rate Dybles highly enough. The service that I've received from them was absolutely first-rate, from the marketing of the house, by Charlotte and Simon, to the work of Donna, the sales progressor, making up for the inadequacies of other estate agents in the chain.
