We are just about to complete on the sale of our house with Dybles and I have to say they have been fantastic from start to finish. I was impressed with Jack from day one and have always found him so cheery, helpful and willing to do anything to assist. As our sale progressed we were handed over to Donna who has been extremely efficient and effective throughout. Top level mediation and communication skills, help through stressful moments and never any pressure. To be able to offer such a high level of service for such a reasonable price is a huge achievement. I can not fault the first class service we have received from start to finish from Dybles Winchester! Simon and Charlotte have supported our decisions with selling our belated mother/mother in laws house! They did not once try to imply that we were wrong with our expectation but went beyond the call of duty to deliver our requests. I have already told 4 couples in the village that if they choose to sell as far as we are concerned, it should only ever be Dybles! Donna, offered her expertise when I personally had to face requests I felt very uncomfortable in answering as I was dealing with a probate sale, which is sad in itself let alone dealing with our own personal issues, she dealt with the situation with compassion and professionalism at all times...... We sold our house with Dybles and several attempts were needed to achieve this. We chose them for their competitive pricing at a fixed rate which worked out to be just below 0.8%. So far so good, one star for this. We decided on the sale price ourselves as we did not think their estimation was right (and succeeded with our price at the end), we could not choose photos from the photographer (she apparently just took one photo per room), and we edited their standard advertising text to better suit the property. During viewings, staff that did not know the property were showing prospective buyers around and there were several agents who we had not even met before. The follow-up process was outsourced to an external company without previous notice and consisted of useless check-in phone calls. At some point we had the impression that they were working for the interest of the prospective buyers. The recommended mortgage adviser was difficult to work with and created us some additional problems when drawing down our mortgage from our bank.
