GoogleI don't often write reviews unless I receive exceptional service or spot one or more people in an organisation that excel. In this instance, I'd strongly recommend Charters Estate Agents in Winchester for their professionalism. Special mention for Rosie Mott and Gary for the level of customer service they have provided. Charters systems, processes and procedures ensures everything is covered off and as a landlord you don't need to keep chasing or seeking progress reports. Well done Charters.

GoogleMy experience with Charters has been excellent. Rosie Mott handled all my viewings; she was responsive and on top of it all! She has been quick to understand my requirements and we have had clear and seamless communication throughout the process. Looking for a home from overseas is challenging and stressful, but Rosie really brought a lot of comfort to me by being so accessible at all times. I recommend her highly for anyone looking to let 👌

GoogleSarah (and Gary) at Charters went several extra miles to find a rental property suitable for my family. This was made more complicated by having to find a property that could accommodate one of my sons who is in a wheelchair. Sarah worked tirelessly on the case , never gave up on the challenge and together we saw many houses and measured many bathrooms and doorways for fit with the wheelchair ! I would wholeheartedly recommend the Charters team for providing a truly bespoke, friendly and effective service.

GoogleWe were desperately trying to find a rental in the Wiltshire / Hampshire borders and were lucky enough to attract the attention of Sarah Bainbridge at the Winchester office. She made several suggestions of properties both from her office and the Romsey outlet, followed up on our situation and was genuinely concerned about providing a friendly helpful service. We eventually found something, sadly not through Charters, but other agencies could learn from Sarah's helpful and professional approach. We are only renting until something to buy in the area we are looking becomes available, and Sarah offered to contact her colleagues dealing with sales to keep us in the loop. GoogleEden and the rest of the team at the Winchester branch are a total pleasure to deal with. They have made a relatively nerve wracking purchase process incredibly stress free! With really clear and empathetic feedback and prompt responses. All working together as a team made dealing with anyone in the office a breeze as they were all fully informed and across the purchase which again made my life so much easier! Added to that the incredibly caring and human approach Eden gave me when I had secured the sale was a massive cut above the service I’ve received in the past from any other estate agents.
