She made an effort to take early account of our needs and then made every effort to accommodate them. We’re very happy with the service we’ve received from Charters and would highly recommend them. For comparison, I had also contacted another high profile lettings company at the same time, but they have been far slower to follow-up and have had far fewer properties to show us.

GoogleThe experience I have had renting with this agency has been really disappointing. From being told by my property manager that we should put up with a camera on our front door as "CCTV is everywhere" and just generally our concerns being completely ignored. Renting your first flat should be a really exciting time, but I feel completely let down by Charters Winchester.

GoogleMuch to my surprise, to be honest, i've had a brilliant experience so far with Charters. I've never really enjoyed estate agent contact in the past - i never felt like they knew much or could be bothered to follow up. But, Alex Bulpitt has dramatically changed my views - he has recommended places that I wouldn't have considered and his follow up has been flawless. I've found him to be honest and straight forward - attributes i really appreciate when i'm spending a large amount of money and I'm pressed for time. He's worked late to accommodate viewings and i really feel like he wants to help. I hope Charters management appreciate and recognise his hard work.

GoogleAs a recent university graduate looking to start my professional career, I was in desperate need of a house that would be perfect for my adult life after university. Charters, specifically Kathryn Dyer, in Winchester offered a professional, efficient service that is very fitting for the city it is in.
I went into a large portion of estate agents in Winchester looking for a place to rent but the bespoke service offered by charters was unprecedented and filled me with confidence.
Now renting through Charters I’m positive that any issue I have will be able to be solved by their team and the relationship I’ve been able to build with members of staff, like Kathryn, means I can continue on my professional career with the peace of mind that my housing is in safe hands.
Buying, selling or renting I would feel confident in saying Charters are the best estate agents in Winchester.

GoogleWe used Charters to sell a property. They were extremely proactive, updating us immediately when they had viewings and coming back within 24 hours for feedback. They provided excellent pictures of the property, were enthusiastic and quickly got lots of interest in the property. They aided in a professional manner in the negotiation process and quickly found a buyer with an acceptable offer. The sale has not yet completed but so far the service to get this through to sale seems to be extremely efficient and professional as well. Thank you so far Charters for all of your help!!

GoogleSold our house with Charters. Got weekly update calls and if we ever asked a question by email between these calls we got an answer same day. Nony and Jo were both particularly helpful during the long process.
One comment: The guy that did the valuation said he would deal with us throughout the entire sale process, updating us each week - we never saw or heard from him again! His replacements weren't an issue (in the slightest), but if it's not going to happen, don't promise it.
