Charters had a remarkably poor post-sale service, caused damage to the property during the sales process, referred unqualified and substandard surveying through their Trinity Rose arm. They then lie about being connected, and lie throughout the sale completion process. They drag out the sales process and abuse their client data - selling it to numerous other organisations despite an explicit instruction to the contrary. Very poor service and unethical practice - and been referred to the Ombudsman.

A stressful sale was made bearable and successfully completed thanks especially to the Sales Director, Nony Kerr-Smiley. Mrs Kerr-Smiley did her utmost to guide our buyer through myriad of issues with professionalism, calm, positivity and speed.
