GoogleThe agency provided help and outstanding communication during our process of renting. In comparison to other agencies, we did not have to wait days to hear from them, they were always helping us even if it was on the weekend. I would definitely recommend Charters as it is the most effective agency I have ever met.

GoogleExcellent service. Not haughty or condescending, like some Winchester Estate Agents. You know that annoying thing when you say how much you can spend and where you want to live, and an estate agent tries to sell you something for twice the price miles away? Charters don't do that. We gave them our specs and they found us what we wanted.

GoogleAttended a scheduled viewing only to find on arrival that no access to the property had been arranged. Significant time wasted travelling to and from the property in question. Staff were very apologetic, but on this occasion their professional standards fell well short of that which should be reasonably expected.
