GoogleI had been looking for a house for over a year. Charters have been fantastic and Nony knew exactly what type of house was for me and contacted me each time one came on sale. I ended up with a new built, and all the sales team has been extraordinary, extremely professional and thorough in everything. Nony, Fiona, Leanne. Concomitantly, I let the flat I was moving out of and the lettings team was and is very reliable. They quickly found a tenant and the whole of Charters, sales and lettings,worked together to make my move smooth. Charters have been incredibly friendly and supportive. The best service ever; I highly recommend them.

GoogleBack in October we gave instructions to Charters of Alresford to sell our house. Tim Griffin thought that an Open Day would be the way to go for us and not to have any viewings before that. 17 days later, in the pouring rain, Tim showed 9 couples around the house and 3 days after that we had had four extremely good offers and the sign outside out house changed to Sold (subject to contract)!! We moved 78 days later! The service we received from Charters was not only excellent but friendly, nothing seemed to be too much trouble. We can highly recommend Charters and would like to say a very BIG thank you to everyone in the Alresford office. Richard and Linda Gifford-Hull

GoogleWe have recently exchanged on a new build property that has been sold through Charters of Winchester and the advice, support and general contact and information has been fantastic from the day we offered. Fiona showed us around our future house (that was a building site when we saw it) 6 months ago and form that day until exchange in June has always been on the end of the phone keeping us up to date and informed of how everything is progressing. Fiona has managed to liaise between us and the developer over the last 6 months to make some minor changes to the house that has resulted in us getting our dream home. I have no doubt that without her help and support we would not be in the position we are now; about to move into our lovely new property! Thank you for everything and if anyone is wondering which agent to go for I would thoroughly recommend Charters of Winchester.

GoogleWhat a team and what great service! The team at Charters have acted for me in both selling and letting properties and both experiences have been outstanding! When marketing a property for sale they manged to secure a buyer at full asking price ( At a price I thought to be a little ambitious!) within 24 hours of being instructed. A refreshing experience to have an agent being pro active! On the lettings side they recently took over a property from another agent, not only did they find a new tenant that moved in within three days of the old tenant vacating they also manged to secure 10% more rent than I was previously getting. Fantastic best describes my experience of Charters.

GoogleI cannot praise Charters highly enough, the whole team were marvellous. Not only did they sell my house quickly, they got a good price for it, they kept me informed of progress, keeping in touch with both the buyers and also both sets of solicitors to keep the process moving. It is very stressful at the best of times, but when you have been in the house a long time (nearly 25 years) it is also painful leaving behind so many memories. Having said that, without the team at Charters I am not sure the sale would have been completed. I thoroughly recommend them.
