We are very sorry to learn that you are unhappy with the service received from Charters Lettings. I can see on our system that you had a great pre tenancy experience with us with lots of support and advice from our negotiator and pre tenancy team. I am disappointed to learn that you have since lost that positive impression of us. Its a shame that you did not make us aware directly about your dissatisfaction regarding the repair to your shower as Cheryl your property manager was unaware that you were unhappy. As soon as you informed her of the problem she offered advice and then arranged for someone to attend and has since been liaising with both your landlord and the contractors but we appreciate that it must be frustrating for you having a variable temperature in your shower. I hope that moving forward you can enjoy living in your new home and that you can regain your trust in the service delivered by Charters lettings.
