The latest sale, in difficult global and financial circumstances, went so smoothly it was remarkably unstressful. The team has been friendly, kind, a joy to communicate with and they've helped out as every given opportunity, above and beyond what we would expect from an estate agent. They understand the stress involved, they offer sound but realistic advice, they take their lead from you and don't apply pressure, and their marketing is really well targeted.
