GoogleI've been using Carter Jonas for the last 6 years to help manage my UK property since moving to the US, and their service has always been excellent. In particular though I have to call our Lauren who has been my property manager in Winchester for the last year. In this time I have been extremely impressed with the both the speed and attention to detail with her ability to deal with complex issues, which really puts my mind at ease when needing to deal with a property thousands of miles away. I can't thank her enough for all the work that she's doing as its this level of service that means I'll continue to use Carter Jonas into the future.

From day one, we had the right feeling and received a warm welcome from Carter Jonas from whom help, and assistance has been provided by telephone calls, emails and site visits in the last 5 months to ensure the successful acquisition of our new home. On the occasions, as and when we requested for extra viewings or required any assistance, we have never been let down. We also appreciated very much that Carter Jonas has given due consideration in meeting our daughter’s special needs and requirements in a friendly and professional manner which built up trust and confidence. GoogleI have used Carter Jonas for well over 10 years ..and other family members have used them for even longer. They have always been easy to work with and the office is efficient and and friendly. Over the years I have had some slight problems with the property management personnel but now with Lauren, I am extremely happy and I have much more confidence in the service being provided.
