GoogleNatalie was amazing! So super helpful. I’m relocating to the area and she very kindly took the time to offer advice and knowledge feedback from other agents I’ve spoken to from different estate agents. Send an e mail or register on right move. Personal service works best every time. Thanks Natalie

TrustpilotThe staff at Beercock's Newland Avenue…Consummate Professionals
The staff at Beercock's Newland Avenue were the ultimate professionals and looked after us right from the start of the process of selling our house. They explained everything at each stage and never left us wondering or in the dark at any time, they were constantly in touch with us. They managed all the viewings at the property and there were quite a few! I was not worried that they held keys to the property and they respected the house and our requests all the time. I would not hesitate to recommend them to any one.

TrustpilotA very professional and effective team at the Barton office
Belinda and the team at Barton gave us excellent advice and support during the whole sale process. This was imprtant to us as it was a probate property and the executors were often out of the area. Contact by email and phone was always fast and complete.

GoogleThe customer service from the start was outstanding in comparison to other local estate agents. From the viewing, to follow up calls, to the communication in general. Other agents seem pushy and uncaring, but Beercocks definitely stands out from the rest. Especially with the great advertising features such as home video tours. A big thank you to Jade and Natalie for their patience, quick responses and friendliness. Would definitely recommend Beercocks to friends and family.

TrustpilotHighly recommend Beercocks
Been very happy with how Beercocks have handled the sale of my property so far. Katie and the sales team have been great throughout the process, providing a realistic market value of my property, putting up an advert that has attracted multiple viewings in a short space of time and helpfully arranging the viewings at times convenient for me. Would highly recommend using Beercocks to anyone wanting to put their property on the market.
