At first we felt Beercocks hadn't done much at all as the first and only couple to view our home bought it.. but as soon as things became tricky during the sale Nicky was amazing. She was constantly chasing up the chain, always kept us informed and made us realise how glad we were that we chose Beercocks. New deadlines kept cropping up and new problems arising but Nicky always tried her best to solve everything as quick as possible and to help in any way she could. Can't thank you enough Nicky, we may not have ended up moving at all if it wasn't for you!

Everything from the initial marketing of my property to dealing with viewings has been first class. A special mention for Georgia Sellars who has been my sole point of contact throughout this this transaction, Georgia has been very professional at all times and has kept me updated with any developments such as offers ( We had around 8 offers within a week of going to market!) in a very timely manner and has been a pleasure to do business with. I’m not sure I can express how grateful I am to the Kingswood team at Beercocks. This was my first time selling a house and from the first valuation appointment with Henry to accepting an offer was one week! The team kept in regular contact with me, providing me with feedback and advice daily. I have also just had an offer accepted on a dream home with Beercocks, all within a 2 week period!A HUGE thank you to Alice in particular who has been in contact with me every day and answered my million questions, she couldn’t have been more helpful and reassuring. I trusted her advice and have her to thank for being accepted on a house I love. She’s a real asset to the company. I have always been a little a sceptical with Estate Agents after having a couple of experiences with them being pushy but I can honestly say never at any point felt under pressure with Rob & Jane.Jane rang me the day after a viewing to ask for feedback & when I explained we had one more viewing before we made a decision on this property she understood & said whatever decision we made she would be there to help if need be. I remember putting the phone down thinking ‘what a nice lady’ because the other viewing we had with another agent, that lady rang & said ‘we haven’t heard from you with feedback and an offer’ completely different approach. Rob was our next port of call with the offer & he kept us upto date with everything & again, a friendly communication with no pressure. We are now on the next stage & I’m sure we will be met with the same friendly communication. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Beercocks again.
