Friendly Professional Advice

Beercocks are professional, very friendly and helpful, Jane, Rob and the team have always responded swiftly with clear and precise information, accommodating viewings around our availability and overall made our experience of viewing a property very easy and pleasurable. We are very happy to say that we have had our offer accepted on a property through Beercocks, with Jane and her team welcoming us and wishing us a great future in Yorkshire. We highly rate our experience with them and would always recommend their services to other purchasers and vendors.Helga, Jim and Pat

Everyone was very helpful and always very polite. There were quite a few difficulties with people pulling out but this didn't phase then at all as they are so professional in their approach. Always willing to give me an update without them I'm sure I would have given up on the move. I am so glad they helped me through as very happy in my new home.

A HUGE thank you to Nicky Moss

I’ve already wrote a review for the girls in the office, but I wanted to write another review now we have completed for Nicky Moss, who had the pleasure of tackling the solicitors!! Nicky has gone above and beyond and I cannot thank her enough. Nicky was not only chasing the solicitors daily but continuously keeping me in the loop and being there to listen to my rants!! Thank you Nicky - you are the best 🌟👑

Fantastic service from Beercocks

Jess and the team have been brilliant. Jess booked our valuation and explained the full process. We tested the guide price on the pre-market launch and as we received so much interest, the price was amended before we we went onto Rightmove. This process worked so well for us, as we ended up achieving much higher than the initial guide price, thanks to Beercocks guidance and advice throughout.Thank you to Jess and the team for a fantastic service!

My experience with Beercocks members of…

My experience with Beercocks members of staff was very positive. Jane who looked after my interests was professional in her approach but also very personable and easy to converse with. She has an intimate knowledge of the local housing situation and always gave me a realistic appraisal of the buoyancy of the market in an objective and analytical way. Jane was honest and straightforward in giving me feedback on viewings and always remained positive and enthusiastic in her dealings with me.

I just wanted to thank Alice for her service in pushing my house through completion. At points it felt like no-one was keeping me informed but Alice always explained in detail exactly what was happening and also kept chasing solicitors on my behalf. Thank you again.

Barton on Humber Office

Dealt with Barton office throughout selling our property and buying another. Belinda worked tirelessly with us until the point when sale and purchase were secured. At which point Tracey took over and kept us updated and reassured us constantly until completion. Would highly recommend the whole Barton team. Many thanks to them

Everything was handled quickly

Everything was handled quickly, efficiently and to the highest standard. Within a a week of having our property on the market we had lots of viewings and 2 offers. By the end of the second week we had 4 offers. Amazingly quick turn around which is what we wanted. Great price for our property and brilliant staff who are clearly very good at what they do!

Fantasic family service!

After spotting a once in a lifetime property come up for sale, we decided to seize the day & rang Beercocks it’s agent who swiftly booked us a viewing. We didn’t even have our own house on the market at this point. We just adored the property & thought we had to try to make it ours. We put in a note of interest & after a couple of frantic valuations on our own property later, thought the organisation, response and professionalism of Beercocks along with the value was amazing so signed to them.Within days the photos were done, premarket emails sent & we had several offers at asking price before even hitting Rightmove! More were to come & Beercocks could have sold our property 20 x over with their wide reach of area & expertise but we still had to get our offer accepted on the house we wanted which was very popular & it’s vendor didn’t want a chain! Jordan our agent at Beercocks was unbelievable!! It was literally like having a family member working in house for you, he went over & above to find us a buyer at the level we needed & with no chain. He fought so hard to get us our forever home & we could not have asked him to do all he did, or the the rest of the team. Someone always answered the phone & emails or were calling us & keeping us right up to date!We moved in the day before stamp duty thresholds changed again just to add stress but I really feel Jordan carried us through it all, we even laughed.. a lot!I do believe fortune favours the brave but it also helped having Beercocks & I now understand why people say they would only ever use them. You won’t get this service or commitment anywhere else I’m sure!! Glad not be moving anymore but will miss chatting to Jordan; we now have a new family friend however! ☺️

Excellent service from Beercocks

Our property was advised and sold by the Kingswood branch. Despite our initial sale falling through, the team at Kingswood remained confident and committed to finding us another buyer. Beercocks liaised with the solicitors and buyer and kept us informed throughout the process. Abbie was particularly helpful and this was very much appreciated. I would highly recommend Beercocks.

You were recommended to me by my agent

You were recommended to me by my agent, after meeting Jane at the outset, she was very helpful. She has been in touch by telephone keeping me updated on progress , also spoken to Rob who again was so very helpful, with updates regarding the property. They recommended my solicitor, again I’ve been very pleased with their services. Many thanks for everything, I would certainly recommend your agency to anyone buying or selling a property. Thanks again for everything.Diane Ransom
