The service provided by the staff at Beercocks during the sale of our old house and purchase of our new bungalow was exceptional. Throughout the whole process we were kept up to date regularly with progress and even during the quieter periods a member of staff would contact us just to touch base. We were very impressed with the transparency of the briefings the explanation of the procedure and responses to our questions. In particular special praise and thanks to Danielle, Natalie, Georgia and also Jade in the earlier stages. We would not hesitate to recommend you to friends and family. Having used the Willerby branch of Beercocks for both buying and selling I can honestly say I cannot recommend them highly enough. Every aspect of both have been carried out in a very professional manner and took a great deal of stress out of what is always a very complicated negotiation. The staff are very professional and are very pleasant and helpfull at all times and nothing appears to be a problem to them. From the first contact with Beercocks to the final completion, my sister and I can't fault the service we received. We were selling our Mum's house under a Power of Attorney. Dawn provided us with a very helpful insight into how Beercocks would be marketing the property and we were impressed with the process involved, as well as her local knowledge and efficiency. We visited the Holderness Road branch to complete the paperwork and, again, everyone we dealt with was most efficient and knowledgable. Our sales progression professional was Eden Warters who, I have to say, was excellent at keeping everyone on their toes and progressing the sale as we wanted. Overall, a very positive experience. I would hightly recommend Beercocks based on our experience.

Steven and Jordan came to value our house. Very friendly and provided us with overview of the market and a true valuation. Also took details of what type of property we wanted to buy.
