The staff were always helpful. I had one person assigned to my sale regarding advertising and photo strategy. Katie was amazing and helped me considerably. The service provided by the staff at Beercocks during the sale of our old house and purchase of our new bungalow was exceptional. Throughout the whole process we were kept up to date regularly with progress and even during the quieter periods a member of staff would contact us just to touch base. We were very impressed with the transparency of the briefings the explanation of the procedure and responses to our questions. Having used the Willerby branch of Beercocks for both buying and selling I can honestly say I cannot recommend them highly enough. From the first contact with Beercocks to the final completion, my sister and I can't fault the service we received. We were selling our Mum's house under a Power of Attorney. Dawn provided us with a very helpful insight into how Beercocks would be marketing the property and we were impressed with the process involved, as well as her local knowledge and efficiency. We visited the Holderness Road branch to complete the paperwork and, again, everyone we dealt with was most efficient and knowledgable. Our sales progression professional was Eden Warters who, I have to say, was excellent at keeping everyone on their toes and progressing the sale as we wanted. Overall, a very positive experience. I would hightly recommend Beercocks based on our experience.

Steven and Jordan came to value our house. Very friendly and provided us with overview of the market and a true valuation. Also took details of what type of property we wanted to buy. The staff at Beercock's Newland Avenue…Consummate Professionals

The staff at Beercock's Newland Avenue were the ultimate professionals and looked after us right from the start of the process of selling our house. They explained everything at each stage and never left us wondering or in the dark at any time, they were constantly in touch with us. They managed all the viewings at the property and there were quite a few! I was not worried that they held keys to the property and they respected the house and our requests all the time. I would not hesitate to recommend them to any one.
