Great house selling experience with the help from Emily

Our house sale. We had been given a price guide, we went with it.We had a lot of views in the first month, I had an issue with the back garden pictures, not beercocks problem, it was mine , I asked to review the pictures. After having a pretty negative experience with another estate agent for the sale of our property, we made the decision to try again with Beercocks and wow, what a fantastic experience! From Elliot coming to initially do our valuation and take our photos, to Jack helping with all viewings and the initial sale, every part of our experience so far has been 11 out of 10. Everyone is so friendly, approachable and constantly keeps you updated on email/phone, even when there’s not much to report. We were on the market for nearly 10 weeks with the first estate agent with not much traction, however after less than 2 weeks with Beercocks we had several viewings, 2 offers and finally a sale! Would 1000% recommend them to anyone and Jack has been AMAZING! Thank you so much😁

I couldn’t find anything to fault about anyone at Beercocks Willerby, the team have been fabulous. Anytime we had a concern or questions to ask they were dealt with so speedily. Anytime we was told the person we was trying to get hold of wasn’t at there desk they’d pass the message on and a call back came very quickly. Belinda was looking after our sale I felt that she goes over and above whether it’s chasing something up or just keeping you updated. Amazing customer service

My boyfriend and I were purchasing a house through Beercocks and I must compliment the immaculate customer service. Jane and Nicky have been amazing and have been consistently been updating us before our solicitors.Jane was the first person we dealt with at Beercocks; she showed us around the property and was very friendly and positive. We have been to view a few houses with other estate agents and I must say that I never particularly enjoyed the experience as much as I have with Jane and the Beercocks team.
