I am writing before actually moving into the property, I am still a few months shy, so bear that in mind. However, my experience so far has been fantastic. The sales team Carol and Olwyn have been so helpful and genuine. No detail has been overlooked. They have made the whole buying experience a pleasure. If the show homes are anything to go off then I know my partner and I are going to be delighted with our new Morris home. Just can't wait to move in!

I moved into my new build a year ago I had an inspection of end of defects and was a few repairs that needed doing I have posts missing in the garden, cracks in my banister bigger than a £1, cracked bath panel, big leak due to the plug not being fitted properly. my kitchen floor isn't even straight list goes on. this was in February we are now June and iv had no contact from them what so ever. Very disappointed

We have recently put a deposit down on a new House in churchfields standish, the property is in development and as we are living outside the uk this makes things a little more difficult, but we are delighted with the way things have been handled especially from there sales representative julie, nothing has been to much trouble and the knowledge and professionalism she has shown have made this big decision in our life so much easier, kind regards Colin and Ann

We would like to that Paula Nelson at the Kings Lea Morris Homes development, for the excellent service and hospitality provided during our recent property reservation and purchase. Nothing was too much trouble, even during the detailed choices/options process and accomodating some unusual requests - Paula did everything she could to help... These are challenging times for many businesses and employers, given all the recent world events, etc. affecting staff levels and resources. Despite that, customer expectations are still always high, though, with such a large and emotional investment, such as a house, of course. For us Paula remained responsive, accessible and thorough, at all times. Thank you once again Paula and Morris Homes!

We moved to Shelbourne Estates 6 months ago and have no regrets. The team are incredibly helpful and patient throughout. They go above and beyond and will help and engage way after they have to. The build is high quality and the surroundings beautiful and tranquil. We're happy we made the move here.

Reading the bad reviews, my experience is very similar. Flooded garden, poor standards and customer service not interested. Please note that most of the positive reviews are to do with experiences before moving in. Once you have moved in, everything changes. Don’t recommend this company at all if you want decent standards and after buying support

We have been here for about 2 months now and were helped by the sales team throughout the process (Lizette in particular) from chasing estate agents and solicitors to ensuring everything went smoothly on completion day. The construction team have been very helpful in completing all the snags we raised and assisting us in clearing unwanted packaging. Construction traffic can be a bit of a nuisance at times but everyone has been very courteous. We’ll see how things progress as the build continues of two houses opposite.

Moved in June 21 and although a traumatic experience due to our solicitors failure, Morris Homes were brilliant in helping us. Very few snags, but these were dealt with immediately by the Site manager Tony. He always stopped to to check everything was OK. However He has moved on and the new Site Manager hasn't introduced himself as yet. Customer contact is key to Customer satisfaction. Tony knew this.Only complaint now would be the parking of the tradesmen is allover the occupied area, with trucks still using the road this could be moved to the area of the site which is under construction. Otherwise very happy with our new home.

I visted the hunsbury grange site today and met Jess? It was so lovely to meet someone knowledgeable but not pushy. I rarely give feedback but she went out of her way to give us local information. We are coming back and hope we get the same experience when we reserve our home

Almost two years in the property and issues still occurring! My entire back garden has washed away and they say it’s my fault! I haven’t even planted a bush! I have a 5 week old at home who will have a mud pit for a back garden and they refuse to do anything. Terrible customer service!

Bought brand new build from Morris Homes in late 2021. As several others have reported below, the sales and completion process went through very smoothly, the home has a nice design and is built in a nice neighbourhood. Unfortunately, once in the house we noticed many faults and issues, ranging from decorative to structural, the majority of which were patently due to laziness and lack of care on the part of their contractors Sadly, aftercare from Morris Homes has been abysmal. Although they initially made efforts to rectify issues within the first two weeks of moving in, after that time they simply decided to stop replying to messages and on the rare occasion when they did bother to reply they simply assured us that they were looking into fixing our issues and would get back to us, which they never did. When I later challenged this poor service with customer care department, they offered few solutions and gave the distinct impression that they did not care.

We recently purchased our new home in November last year from the developer Shelbourne estates, which is part of Morris homes. The customer care has been excellent from start to finish. The few snags that we reported were swiftly taken care of and resolved within a week. The sales assistant on site it wonderful and often calls to check everything is ok. The site manager is very helpful and nothing has been too much trouble. Overall we are very satisfied with our new home and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Met with the sales rep about a new property for my mother. The sales rep was incredibly polite, informative and realistic about my mother’s restrictions. She really helped us to assess the development and we were very impressed with how much green space had been included on the development. I would recommend Morris Homes to anyone.

It’s been excellent from start to finish, going above and beyond to make the move to our new home as smooth as possible. Built to a fabulous standard and any little snag dealt with immediately.
